Dr. Hui-Yun Tseng collaborates with our lab in numerous aspects including raptor research, captive breeding of weevils, phylogeography of island fauna, and wild life trades.

Dr. Nikolay Poyarkov collaborates with our lab in a wide rang of issues including taxonomy and phylogeography of Asian herptile fauna. We are both interested in Pareas (鈍頭蛇), Sphenomorphus (蜓蜥), and Scincella (滑蜥).

Dr. Anthony Yin-Kun Lau stayed in the lab in summer of 2010. The major topic of his summer program was the capture and genetic analyses of the Reeve's turtle (Mauremys reevesii) (金龜) in Kinmen Island.

After that, Dr. Lau got his PhD degree from Hong Kong University. Now he works in Department of Biology, Hong Kong Baptist University.

Jianhuan was our best partner during field works in China. He expressed his excellent performance not only in field works, but also in taxonomy since he was an undergraduate student.

The ongoing collaboration is about diversification and identification of Sphenomorphus skinks (蜓蜥) in southern China.

Fitra stayed in Taiwan in 2017 summer and worked on the sexual selection of Takydromus stejnegeri.

After graduation, he is now working in Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia. We aim to collaborate on conservation biology and conservation genetics of some endangered frogs in Sumatra.

Dr. Kazuki Kurita from Kyoto University is an expert of the East Asian skink, genus Plestiodon (石龍子). He traveled Taiwan many times for skink collection.

After graduation, he is still working in Kyoto University. We collaborated to publish the revised taxonomy status of the endemic P. leucostictus (白斑石龍子) [LINK].
